The Villa San Juan Capistrano Wedding

 

Is it weird that when i have a weekend off from Photographing a wedding of my own that I don’t know what to do with myself? I mean yes of course if you know me I love to lounge by the pool sipping tropical umbrella drinks, ride bikes to the beach with my husband and going on 3 day adventures with the hubs and pup. But when Taylor with Taylor Cole Photography asked if I would be available to second shoot at wedding at The Villa I immediately said “HECK YA”! I mean are you kidding me thats a no brainer! Its always such a blast when I get to work along side talented Photographer friends! The venue is one of my absolute favorite in the Orange County area! The wedding planner Michelle and I went to High School together and she knows her shit! And Oh my gosh Taylor is so sweet, talented and its so easy to work together. Oh and the couple, to DIE for gorgeous and so in love!

The Villa San Juan Capistrano

Your greeted by Spanish red tiles and ancient stones, The Villa in San Juan Capistrano surrounds you with 300 years of terra cotta walls set under giant fruit-trees. In the living quarters, you’re immediately captured by the giant fireplace hundreds of years old with so many more years to spare. Once you step foot into the courtyard you feel as though you’ve just entered into a private and intimate space diffusing a romantic natural light. It’s a magical space where nature meets man. You can feel the sweet breeze somersault around you as you twirl the night away beneath the rainbow colored coastal skies. As the night creeps in the twinkly stars flare above you alongside the embers fluttering from the adobe fire pit set in the middle of the courtyard. The Villa is perfect for hosting two hearts molded by their passion to enjoy life and its simplicities. It’s a place where life begins and love abounds…..
