San Juan Capistrano Hamilton Oaks Winery Engagement Session | Laura and Sean

San Juan Capistrano Hamilton Oaks Winery

Laura & Sean Engagement Session

Open Fields, golden light and two people madly in love are my Jam!

Laura and Sean’s Engagement Session in the beautiful open fields of San Juan Capistrano were nothing short of perfection. Having a real connection with your clients (and now Friends)  is truly one one the reasons i do what i do.

I mean come on, if your not smiling after looking at their images.

Growing up in Orange County and near to San Juan Capistrano I spent most of my childhood riding horses at the near by stable. My dad and I would drive past this beautiful open field after we went through In N Out of course :)…and well I always remembered that open field next to the Hamilton Oaks Winery.. so when Laura mentioned a rustic field i knew exactly where I wanted to take them. Not only is San Juan Capistrano known for the historical Mission, but its home to some of the most beautiful Wedding Venues in Orange County.

Hamilton Oaks San Juan Capistrano

The historic farmhouse sits on 2.6 acres and is surrounded be Valencia orange trees.  In need of much tender loving care, Ron and Connie got to work, with the help of friends and family, adding a large parking area, an event center for weddings, concerts, corporate and fundraising events, and converting the vacant home into a tasting room, art gallery of local artists, and a bride’s room. This historic home now serves as the tasting room for Hamilton Oaks’ award-winning wines.

Serra Plaza

is Located adjacent to the charming and historic Los Rios District and within walking distance of Mission San Juan Capistrano, Serra Plaza is a hidden jewel. Reminiscent of times gone by, the sound of passing trains can be heard in the distance. The plaza offers old world charm with a pristine new feel. Whether your event is an intimate gathering or an extravagant gala, the plaza’s tree filled courtyard is the ideal setting and can accommodate up to 450 guests with ample parking.

The Villa San Juan Capistrano

From the three hundred year old art on the walls, to the state of the art audio visual systems, from the hand hammered iron to the meticulous menu, every detail has been seen to. The Villa is nothing short of breathtaking.

Nestled in the old Spanish town of San Juan Capistrano, lies a turn-of-the-century home covered in ivy. A mahogany door, complete with an detailed metal door knocker, awaits the arrival of welcomed guests.
Step inside The Villa and feel the essence of time flourish around you and your loved ones as you invite them into a historic building, filled with fine antiques flown in from around the world. A beautiful stone courtyard sets the stage for a romantic wedding ceremony and reception, all shaded by ancient fruit trees, and enhanced by flickering gas lanterns throughout the property.

Franciscan Gardens

Tucked away in the heart of historic San Juan Capistrano, Franciscan Gardens’ elegant wooden gates and blossoming garden offer a charming hideaway for your wedding or special event.
